After working with Stratus HR as a "Fractional CRO" for over 3 years, Clay Kelley is now the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) for Stratus HR.

Clay has a solid reputation for advancing the PEO industry nationwide by teaching the value of HR outsourcing and has been heavily involved in NAPEO for many years.
