Sandy, Utah - December 14, 2023 – Stratus HR, the leading Professional Employer Organization (PEO) in the Intermountain West for human resources (HR) outsourcing, was just named a “Best Company to Work For” by Utah Business Magazine for the third time in four years. This recognition is a testament to Stratus HR's unwavering commitment to fostering a positive and balanced workplace culture.

The Best Company to Work For award is a recognition for companies that set the standard for workplace culture ideals. To determine award winners, employees had to complete anonymous surveys about benefits, work/life balance, training opportunities, work environment, company involvement in the community, performance, leadership, and more. Survey results were then objectively collected and analyzed by Qualtrics.
“Considering the rigorous selection criteria, we are thrilled to be named a Best Company again. But this award goes beyond the benefits and incentives we offer,” said Farnsworth. “We know we have something special here at Stratus.”
Utah Business held a celebration event on Wednesday, December 13, 2023, at the Grand America Hotel to recognize organizations deemed “best place to work” by their employees. Stratus HR was awarded as one of 11 winners in its category.
“Some companies give lip service about people being their greatest asset, but then their actions don’t match their words,” noted Farnsworth. “That’s not the Stratus way. We are an HR company that practices what we preach, where our employees are truly our top priority.”
