Stratus HR Welcomes Clay Kelley as Chief Revenue Officer
After working with Stratus HR as a "Fractional CRO" for over 3 years, Clay Kelley is now the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) for Stratus HR.
For the fourth year in a row, Stratus HR was recognized as a Utah Top Workplace for 2023.

Employees had to submit anonymous feedback through a third-party survey, by which answers were compared with like-sized companies in their regions. Companies with the highest overall scores were recognized as Top Workplaces.
“We have several employees who originally worked for one of our partner companies that got a small taste of our culture,” commented Farnsworth. “They wanted to get their foot in the door and experience Stratus firsthand, so they applied for any opening. It’s amazing how loudly culture speaks, even when you think nobody is paying attention.”
