Sandy, Utah – June 18, 2024 – Stratus HR, the leading Professional Employer Organization (PEO) in the Intermountain West for human resources (HR) outsourcing, is proud to announce its exceptional achievement of receiving a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 90 from its 2024 client survey. This score significantly surpasses the HR Services industry average of 46, highlighting Stratus HR's commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
"We are thrilled to receive such a high score on the NPS," said John Farnsworth, CEO of Stratus HR. “Our team has worked hard to develop solid relationships with our clients and to exceed their expectations at every touchpoint. I am flattered and grateful to feel like our efforts are resonating with them."
The Net Promoter Score is a widely recognized metric that gauges customer satisfaction and loyalty. Clients rate their likelihood to recommend a company's products or services to others on a scale of 0-10. Ratings are then categorized as Promoters, Passives, or Detractors, where the Detractors are subtracted from the Promoters to achieve a final score between -100 and +100.
“Based on the creators of NPS, a score above 80 is world class,” said Chase Heywood, COO and President of Stratus HR. “We are extremely encouraged to think we are on the right track with meeting our clients’ needs and enhancing their overall experience.”
While client satisfaction in the HR Services industry has increased significantly since 2018, very few companies in the HR Outsourcing industry ever score above a 70. Stratus HR first started tracking their NPS score in 2020 and has largely followed industry fluctuation trends over the last five years, although with significantly higher ratings than industry average.
Through follow-up questions, many clients expressed their satisfaction and loyalty with positive feedback and testimonials. One such testimonial from the CFO of an asset recovery business read, “Stratus HR is a top-tier PEO. We considered changing PEOs 2 years ago, but none of the 9 different companies we reviewed could offer the kind of support that Stratus has always provided, and at an understandable price. Again, Stratus HR behaves as a business partner and not a vendor.” Many other clients provided similar sentiments in their responses.
“Several clients gave us a high rating yet still provided valuable, constructive feedback,” said Farnsworth. “To me, that is the perfect client relationship. We don’t claim to be flawless. But our clients trust us to know that a high rating will not stop our forward progress with their recommended adjustments.”
