Sandy, Utah – December 11, 2025 – Stratus HR is proud to announce that it has once again been honored as a “Best Company to Work For” by Utah Business Magazine. This marks the latest in a long history of recognition after Stratus HR first earned the award in 2019 and has since been acknowledged as a Best Company to Work For in 2020, 2021, 2023, 2024, and now, 2025.

The award process for Best Companies to Work For started with a survey where employees provided anonymous feedback. The company was evaluated on factors such as flexibility, pay equity, benefits, work-life balance, vacation time, community engagement, management quality, and overall work environment, and then compared to similar-sized organizations throughout the state. Due to the size of Stratus, 100% participation in the survey was required.
